Delivered over two immersive in-person days, live-streamed for those who wish to tune in online + self-paced study, this course is ideal for those ready to deepen their practice and build a respectful, embodied understanding of yoga.

Course Outline:

Day 1 - Remembering the Roots

Theme: Yoga Origins & Core Teachings

  • Opening Circle & Grounding Meditation

  • Lecture: Vedas, Upanishads & Early Indian Philosophy

  • Guided Practice: Elemental Movement & Breath

  • Lecture: Intro to the Eight-Limbed Path

  • Practice: Yama/Niyama-Inspired Asana & Reflections

Day 2 - Living the Practice

Theme: Embodied Ethics, Yogic Paths & Relevance Today

  • Opening Asana Practice & Reflection Circle

  • Lecture: Exploring The Four Paths

  • Practice: Margas-Inspired Breath & Movement

  • Lecture: The Kleshas - Suffering & Inner Obstacles

  • Guided Practice: Pranayama & Meditation

  • Reflections: Karma, Dharma & Right Action
