Breath Alchemy Practitioner Training

Yoga Alliance Certified (YACEP)

Next Live Training in London: 7th & 8th March 2026

The Breath Alchemy Practitioner Training is a 50-hour hybrid programme designed to deepen your personal relationship with the power of the breath, while offering the skills and confidence to facilitate breathwork for individuals and groups, should you feel called to guide others.

This training is open to a wide range of experience levels. Whether you are here to deepen your own practice or to explore sharing breathwork with others, the structure allows space for both.

How the Training Unfolds

Live In-Person Training Weekend
A two-day immersive gathering in London focused on experiential practice, shared learning, and embodied exploration of breathwork techniques.

The full weekend is live-streamed for those joining online, with recordings available.

Live Online Teaching Sessions
A series of live online sessions offering space for deeper teaching, integration, reflection, and Q&A as the training unfolds.

These sessions support continuity, allow for questions to emerge from practice, and help bridge theory with lived experience.

Self-Paced Study
Thoughtfully structured modules to move through alongside the live components, exploring breathwork foundations, technique families, nervous system regulation, facilitation principles, and reflective integration.

 What You’ll Explore & Experience

An experiential understanding of the power of the breath, explored through guided practice and reflection, allowing you to feel how conscious breathing can support regulation, awareness, and inner exploration

A clear and grounded introduction to the science of breathing, connecting breath physiology and nervous system responses to lived, embodied experience

Direct participation in a range of breathwork methods and modalities, offering the opportunity to experience different approaches while developing discernment and confidence

Insight into becoming a facilitator, including how breathwork is guided and held within a group, the role of language and pacing, and how to create a safe, supportive container (without pressure to facilitate if that is not your path)

An introduction to the business of breathwork, framed within ethics, sustainability, and real-world application, for those wishing to share the work professionally

A sense of connection within a shared learning environment, supported by integration practices and assignments that help consolidate learning, encourage reflection, and bridge experience with understanding

Whether this journey is for you alone, or one you hope to share with others, this training offers a grounded entry point into breathwork as a lifelong practice.
