Space Holder Practitioner Training
Inner Landing Space Holder Practitioner Training is a unique programme focused on listening and leading from the heart. For both complete beginners as well as experienced wellness teachers and guides, the purpose of the training is to properly equip you with skills and principles for holding space for individuals and groups with unconditional love and undivided presence. So whether you would like to specialise in breathwork, yoga, energy healing or any other modality, you can confidently welcome clients/students and hold them in a safe and transformative container.
This 50-hour practitioner training takes place across three weekends in London.
You will explore and experience:
Opening, holding and closing a safe and supportive space for groups and individuals
How to accept yourself and others exactly as you/they are
The transformative power of love, presence and connection
Breath, meditation and movement practices for nervous system regulation
Energetic hygiene, boundaries, safety precautions and practitioner support
