The Art of Meditation Facilitator Training

Embark on a transformative journey designed to elevate your meditation practice to new heights as well as equipping you with the tools to facilitate meditations for groups and individuals. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this comprehensive training offers the tools, techniques, and insights to cultivate profound inner peace and mindfulness.

This 30-hour hybrid training is an invitation into presence — a space to deepen your own meditation practice while learning how to guide others with confidence care, and integrity. The course unfolds over 21 days, weaving together practice, theory, and embodied integration:

  • Live Daily Online Meditation (July 1st–21st)
    Join us each morning at 6:00am BST for a guided meditation (~30 minutes) to anchor your practice and grow in community.
    (Recordings will be available for those in different time zones or who need to catch up.)

  • Self-Paced Study Modules
    Flexible learning covering meditation theory, techniques, facilitation tools, and personal reflection.

  • Optional In-Person Immersion — Sunday 20 July (10am–6pm)
    A full-day gathering in London to connect, practise, and explore live facilitation in a supported, embodied space.
